- You would not be starting from nothing. There is a documented clinical standard, a mapped patient journey, written procedures for every role around you, and a support team that already knows its job.
- You would learn alongside Doc Jam. Seven years of clinical practice, at the clinic every day. The expectation is mentorship, not being left alone with a queue.
- You would not be rushed. The thirty-patient daily cap exists precisely so examinations stay unhurried.
- There is somewhere to go. Branch 2 opens in 2027, with eight planned by 2031. The optometrists who join now are the ones who will lead those clinics.
What we ask: a valid PRC licence, willingness to live in or relocate to Butuan City, and genuine warmth with patients. The last one is not negotiable. It is the whole reason patients come back.
